HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

Cobalt Friction Technologies, Inc. makes every effort to ensure that all of our customers order and receive the exact product required for their particular usage. However, we understand that at times, conditions unrelated to proper product selection may arise which will necessitate a product return or exchange.


RETURNING PRODUCTS FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE All requests for a product return or exchange must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, and received by Cobalt Friction within 15 days after we approve such a return or exchange. The customer is responsible for the cost of return freight and any associated duties or customs (in the case of international shipments). All products returned for a refund or exchange are subject to a standard 25% restocking fee and must arrive at Cobalt Friction in a resalable condition. Cobalt Friction retains the right to approve or deny a product return with just cause, as well as determine the condition of any returned product. After approving and receiving a returned product as aforementioned, Cobalt Friction Technologies, Inc. will credit the proper amount due back to the customer's account in the case of a refund, or apply the amount due towards a new purchase in the case of an exchange.
